BL oscillator (I12006-based) with IPTG kickstart

Modified BL oscillator based on I12006. It can be "reset" by adding IPTG which stimulates production of the A protein (lambda cI) if used in LacIq strain. The B protein is 434 cI. The YFP-AAV reporter tracks the dynamics of the A protein.
